FES – AIR COOLERS
Features and applications
  • FES model ceiling type coolers are specially designed for small, medium and large industrial cold room, frozen storage blast freezing and rapid cooling room application.
  • Fritem FES series are ceiling mounted, single side discharge evaporators draws air across the coil
  • Unit coolers with three phase motors are available for an operation with two rotation speed and high speed provides a rapid pre-cooling and then slower air circulation which avoids humidity loss.
  • Friterm FES series consists of 606 models with wide variety of accessories incorporates capacity range from 0.8 kW to 204 kW
  • Unit are suitable to work refrigerants like R404A, R507, R134A.
Coil Block

CASING

  • Special lifting eyes and supporting legs make transportation and installation easier(small air cooler with 0300-350 mm are delivered without supporting legs)
Drip Tray
  • Dismountable drip tray for air coolers with 0630-800 mm fan.
  • Hinged drip tray for air coolers with 0300-350-400-450-500-mm fan.
  • Thermally decoupled tray witch prevents formation of condensation at the outside surface.
FANS
  • High efficient axial Ziehl Abegg, EBM or equivalent fans are employyed in unit collers with diameters of 300-350-450-500-630-800 mm.
  • Moters protection classes are IP44(for 0400-350-300 mm) and IP54(for 0800-630-500-450 mm); fans insulation classess are B and F.
  • Minimum working temperatures are-25 °C for monophase fans and -40 °C for 3phase fans.
  • Special fans should be used at the operating canditions below-40 °C.
  • Fans are arranged for standart drow through air configuration.
  • Power data for 300/350/400/450 mm fans is 230V 1~50/60 Hz; for 500/630/800 mm fans is 400V 3~50 Hz,
  • Three phase AC fans can work at two different speeds.
  • Thermistor connections must be done for motor protection in all fans where available.

  • Triphase fans can work at two different speeds. Furthermore. EC fans providing speed control are optional.
  • Variable far speed regulation can be achieved using triphase fans with frequency inverter and sine filter.
  • working at low ambient temperature and high air resistance; thermistors must be used for motor protection.
