Enhanced versions of the technology used by most OEMS, KOLDIN NXT’s ammonia refrigeration line represents the next generation of 2-stage hydrocracked ammonia refrigeration lubricants. They are specifically formulated tp provide the highest level of performance and protection possible. This has been achieved through our detailed knowledge of ammonia refrigeration system and more than two decades of experience in advanced ammonia refrigeration lubricants.

KOLDIN NXT 717 has an exceptionally low pour point for enhanced cold – temperature performance. Variations of KNXT 717 include food grade KNXT 717-FG, extreme-low pour point KNXT 717-XLT, and seal – conditioning KNXT 717-SC. These lubricants all offer:

 

• Extremely low volatility and solubility in ammonia systems to reduce oil carryover
• Advanced industry-leading cold-temperature fluidity and pour-point technology to maintain pumpability, even under extremely low-temperature conditions
• Enhanced oxidative stability, helping to reduce oil loss and extend oil life

NXT POE-LT is a polyolester (POE) refrigeration compressor lubricant specially formulated to provide unsurpassed performance in HFC refrigeration applications. This advanced formulation provides superior protection for the refrigeration system, exceptional chemical and thermal stability, and a very long service life.

NXT POE-LT utilizes a proprietary combination of advanced friction modifiers and anti-wear additives that bond to metal surfaces inside the compressor. This combination creates an extra layer of protection and lubrication that dramatically reduces friction and wear, resulting in increased compressor efficiency, energy savings and extended compressor life.
